3 Happy Mocktail Recipe Ideas
We know you love the taste of Bod•ē Happy as much as we do. However, variety is the spice of life, so we came up with a few ideas to mix up your Happy experience!
Happy Fizz: Instead of mixing Bod•ē Happy with plain water, stir it into some carbonated water!
Happy Fruit: After you mix Bod•ē Happy with water, added in some ice and some of your favorite berries! This will create some delicious, fruit-infused Happy for you to enjoy, perfect for a day when you’re craving a little indulgence.
Happy Syrup: If you happen to be a gourmand, this might be the mocktail for you. Using your favorite fruit, you can create a simple syrup to liven up your daily glass of Bod•ē Happy! Begin with one cup of fruit (peeled and de-seeded and whatever else needs to be done to prepare it), ¾ cup of sugar, and ⅓ cup of water. Combine all of the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring them to a boil before lowering the temperature to a simmer. Smash the fruit with a masher in the saucepan and then continue cooking it for about ten minutes or until the mixture reaches a syrupy consistency. Then remove the pan from the heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. That’s it! However, this is a much sweeter option than the other recipe suggestions on this list, so use the syrup very sparingly.
