Ingredients:

•   1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

•   1 cup coconut water

•   1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

•   1 sachet of Happy & Skinny Piña Colada

Directions:

1.      Combine all of the ingredients in a a blender and blend until smooth.

2.      Pour into a glass, garnish with the toasted coconut flakes, and enjoy!

 

Note: If you want to make the smoothie dairy-free, use coconut frozen yogurt or any dairy-free alternative of your choice.. You could also add more nutrients to the smoothie by tossing in a handful of spinach or kale for some green goodness. The sweetness of the pineapple will mask the taste of the greens, making it a perfect sneaky way to get your greens in!
